I am so excited to be back after some much needed time away -- this episode is really just an honest conversation with my husband about life right now, loving Jesus in and out of season, sharing about the things we are learning, pressing in when life gets hard, and remembering that there is always something to smile about. I pray the Lord meets you through this episode in some way -- He is with you, He will never forsake you, no matter how far you've walked away from God, you're never too far to make a turn and come home.

The podcast is hopefully going to be shifting to more intimate conversations and testimonies over interview style -- but ultimately, I am coming back with a renewed desire that Jesus is the one I want to proclaim, to glorify, to seek and to know, and that those who listen to this podcast would fall more in love with Him because of it than anything else.

We are temples of the Holy Spirit, made by God for God, and when living in His design we can experience true wellness. When we begin to rebuild our bodies and reconnect the mind, body, and spirit, we are able to step into greater and deeper healing by God's grace.
