THE HEART -- the organ of focus for this week. Breaking doown what it is, how it functions, and why this matters so much for yoour overall health and the JOY you experience in life. 

0-4 min : you know your body best, learning to listen to our bodies & reconnect with them instead of just doing what every practitioner or influencer says

5-10 min : what does the heart do? why is its role so important to overall health? making the complicated simple & also diving into the heart as the seat of emotion, choice, thought, & relationship 

11-20 min : the problem with seeing the heart through two extremes — either it being wicked or it being an idol, ‘follow your heart’ ; how can we see our hearts rightly?
