On this Memorial Day edition of the Daily Boost, I share one of the most powerful principles I’ve discovered through years of coaching: if you see it, you can change it.

Most people struggle because they’re blind to what’s happening. When you can’t see the problem, you can’t fix it. I’ll walk you through my proven process for gaining awareness, eliminating what you don’t love, and creating space for what makes you happy.

This isn’t about making massive changes overnight. It’s about those little boosts that change everything.

Become aware of what’s happening in your life by stopping to observe what’s going on around you. - use a daily awareness practice to see.

Get a tactical system or process to eliminate the problems and things you don’t love doing that are holding you back.

Hold the peaceful space you’ve created and do more of what you love instead of filling it with fresh problems.
