It's easy to start and maintain a mini habit. Remember, this is how you start to address the person you are training yourself to be. First, you think about a regular goal you'd like to pursue. It can be vague, like "fitness," or it can be more specific, like "Work out 45 minutes or more every day." Once you establish the end goal, you can then minify it into the smallest behavior that gets the process started.
