I'm in Here

My healing journey has taken me along many different paths. Some of those paths I avoided for a long time because I didn't feel ready to tackle that particular aspect. Fear has been one of those aspects that I avoided. But after a year of diving head first into my fears I've found so much more vibrancy of life. This isn't to say that my fears are completely gone, but I now have tools to deal with the fear.

Life is lifing, the work is working. It's all the same thing. How do you deal with everything when you are doing the work that you need to do in order to heal and the work is putting you through the ringer?
