  • Episode 6: Your rights in treatment

Welcome back to I'm (not) fine! This week we're talking about rights in and expectations of treatment. We're really passionate about this topic because it's super important to know what to expect out of treatment and what is ok within a therapeutic relationship. We do emphasise throughout this episode that there is a distinction between you and your eating disorder and your levels of comfort.

  • Episode 3: ... but society and medicine do

Welcome to episode 3 of I'm (not) Fine! This week we look at a different perspective on eating disorders and discrimination. Whilst things have improved across the years, there is still quite a lot of stigma and many misconceptions attached to eating disorders and eating disorder recovery. Listen as Emma loses her train of thought on a 38 degree day and Meg gives an engineer's perspective on numbers. Ultimately we hope this episode helps to push back against some old ideas and helps form new ones about this illness and the way its treated.
