In this episode of the Locked On Rays podcast, Kevin and Ulises take a look at the Tampa Bay Rays recent 40-man roster moves in preparation of the Rule 5 Draft, in which the organization DFA's outfielders Hunter Renfroe and Brian O' Grady, and promoted the following prospects--shortstop Taylor Walls, outfielder Josh Lowe, and righty pitcher Drew Strotman.

What does it all mean? And is this just the beginning of many more roster moves to come with contract tenders and the the need for catching, and maybe starting pitching, help.

The boys end the show with their "official" 2021 Baseball Hall Of Fame ballot, were Kevin makes six selections and Ulises eight.
