The German theologian Meister Eckhart writes, "God is not found in the soul by adding anything, but by a process of subtraction.”  Pause now and ponder with God what you might let go of this Lenten season. It may not be a thing. You may be nudged to let go of a habit or even an attitude. Ask God to meet you now and practice letting go.
