Alex Murdaugh's defense team believes there was jury tampering during Alex Murdaugh's trial. Alex was convicted six months ago of murdering his wife and son.

They allege Becky Hill, the Clerk of Courts, in Colleton County committed multiple offenses causing Alex to receive an unfair trial.

Henry Louis Wallace, also known as the "Charlotte Strangler", killed eleven black women in South Carolina and North Carolina from March 1990 to March 1994.

On October 28, 2022, Shanquella Robinson traveled with 6 people to Cabo, Mexico for vacation. The next day she was pronounced dead in her vacation villa.

The first reports were that she died of alcohol poisoning.

Then an autopsy from Mexico listed her cause of death as violent and with severe neck and spinal injuries.

Her death became even more complicated when a video surfaced of Shanquella being savagely beaten by one of her trip mates at some point during her 24 hour stay in Cabo.

The most recent development,  An autopsy of Shanquella Robinson conducted in Charlotte on November 17, 2022, found Robinson’s spine intact, contradicting past claims of Mexican authorities who had initially said Robinson’s spine was broken

Will the alleged perpetrator of Shanqulla’s beating see justice?

If anyone had a role in her death will they be extradited to Mexico?

Russell Lafitte, the former CEO of Palmetto State Bank, was sentenced in federal court on charges he schemed with Alex Murduagh to steal millions of dollars from his clients.

Seton was in the federal courthouse for the hearing.

Marsha Goodenow joins Matt & Seton to discuss the case of Henry Louis Wallace.

In 1997, Wallace was convicted of raping, and murdering nine women in the Charlotte area.

Marsha helped prosecute Wallace and put him on death row.

Wallace became known as The Charlotte Strangler and The Taco Bell Strangler.

Marsha discusses many aspects of the case that have rarely have been written about.
