Rosie received her Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Newcastle and a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics from Sydney University. At Royal North Shore Hospital she has been working as the Osteoarthritis Chronic Care Program Dietitian for the last 4 years and has a keen interest in improving weight loss outcomes for this patient group.
