Normally, I’m a plain tortilla chip kinda guy. I like to let the guacamole and pico de gallo do the speaking. But you, I’ve enjoyed some RW Garcia chips before so hey, why not give these Lime & Avocado tortilla chips a go?

You know, sometimes on Can It Sandwich? it comes down to just one chip. Take this week, for example. Sure, I taste Abe’s Bagels Vegemite Bagel chips and Snak Yard Salted Egg Salmon Skins. But they weren’t great. In fact, I don’t think they can sandwich to be perfectly honest. So, that leaves use with Koikeya Karamucho 100k Volt Pepper Pikachu Potato Sticks from Japan. Now, those were tasty. So, I think they’ll sandwich pretty well. Hey, it just dawned on me. None of the items I reviewed this week were actual potato chips! 🤯

The weekend starts now, baby! All the way from Japan, it’s Koikeya Karamucho Pikachu 100k Volt Pepper Potato Sticks. Yes, little matchsticks potatoes, not potato chips, with a peppery bit. Fun fact, no Pikachus were harmed in the making of this snack! Let’s get into it.

Humpday is here and I’m switching it up again! This time with Snak Yard Salted Egg Salmon Skins. Yep, literally fish skin chips on In The Chips with Barry today. Fun fact, I love to eat crispy salmon skin already. So you’d think these would already have a leg up. Add in the curry leaves and spicy peppers and oh boy, do we have a contender!

Switching it up, chipwise, on In The Chips with Barry today. Abe’s Bagels Vegemite Bagel Crisps all the way from Australia courtesy of Treats From Oz. This should be good given how Vegemite is enjoyed most often on toast. At least that’s what I’m told. Should be interesting.

h boy, it’s time for another Can It Sandwich? Today, I take on Lay’s Canada Chalet Sauce potato chips, Smith’s (Australia) Duos Hot Wing & Ranch potato chips, and Crunchips X-Cut Kebab & Onion flavored potato chips. While enjoyed the Chalet Sauce ones, both the Hot Wing/Ranch and the Kebab/Onion chips were just ok on their own. Will they improve in between two slices of Kerrygold buttered bread? Let us find out!

It’s not often that I get a chance to try potato chip flavors from Poland but thanks to my man Alex, it’s go-time! Today I’m giving Crunchips X-Cut Kebab and Onion flavored potato chips a run for their money. The kebab is this case is chicken flavored. Let’s see how they did.

This time it’s Smith’s Duos Hot Wing & Ranch flavored potato chips. Yep, two different flavors in one bag. Best not eat them one-at-time because, well, ya know…you won’t get the full impact, right? Kicking things off this week with a flavor I hadn’t hear of until Roshin and Noam did a guest review of them a little while back. Now, thanks to Michael Rosen, I’m getting a chance to try ‘em! Yes, Chalet Sauce flavored potato chips from Lay’s of Canada. Apparently, there is a restaurant chain up north called Swiss Chalet and this flavor is based on their famous dipping sauce. Naturally, since we don’t have Swiss Chalet here, I’ll have no way of knowing if they matched the flavor of the sauce. So I’m just going to have to see if they taste good.
