What's food got to do with our mental health? As it turns out, there's a whole team of researchers looking at this very issue over at Deakin University's Food and Mood Centre. Dr Sandro talks with the centre's deputy director Adrienne O'Neil about their groundbreaking research linking diet with depression, while Dewi takes a look at one the key tenets of the diet that the centre has tested - olive oil.
