This episode, we had an awesome guest - Nick Serio from VeloU. He laid out how VeloU started in the midst of the pandemic, how over coaching can be detrimental to athletes overall development and how autonomy is sometimes misunderstood for athletes and also employees.
We even discuss how sometimes as coaches we focus too much on what the athlete is poor at and not exploiting and increasing what they are already proficient in. Definitely tune in for a very in-depth interview

In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing one of my former coaches, Travis Lallemand who has been the Head Coach at Crowder for the past 17 years and has lead his teams to the Juco World Series in 2010 2017 and 2021.
We touched on a variety of topics from what makes a good team or player great, how Juco competition has escalated over the past few years and how he hold his team to a certain standard not only in practice, but in the classroom and off the field as well.
