March 12, 2020 Episode 107 | When You Realize You've Been Asking For The WRONG THINGS
Okay. Honestly, I don’t even know how this podcast is so timely, given that it was recorded weeks ago, but I’m so happy this message came through for this exact moment in time. I know there’s a lot of fear in the world right now. A lot of uncertainty. A lot of anxiety. As an empath, I feel it too (and I feel it on a grand scale). I know it’s hard to turn on the news or log on to social media with the flood of information (and misinformation) out there.
We must remember that we live in a vibrational universe. That we are ALL energy. And when we vibrate at the frequency of fear, as the collective, we’ll attract more fear. So today (and every day), I encourage you to align with LOVE. To really take in the here and now for all that it is. To take your friends and family in for all that they are. To take yourself in for all that YOU are.
Because if we have a choice (and we most certainly do) when it comes to what we’ll align with, why not have that thing . . . be LOVE?
