Jeffrey Mishlove engages in a process of introspection about the nature of thought itself — as a result of having changed his mind, at the last minute, regarding the topic for this monologue. This resulted in the insight that one can initiate a shift in consciousness with a simple thought. Jeff proclaims this to be a very significant insight. He also indicates that he is considering the YouTube “live streaming” option.
