Yes, there's more and more pouring out of Sebastian Vettel's divorce with Ferrari. After all, yet another former World Champion's career has been messed up by Ferrari, or was it the other way around? The moot question - when last did Sebastian Vettel race a full season like a former World Champion looking for his next title? This episode of the Inside Line F1 Podcast (https://bit.ly/insidelinef1pod) has Mithila-Kunal speak before handing over to the folks that appear on the Pole Position F1 Show. We're attempting a new format to bring to you even more insights on our favourite sport. Let's know what you think of our experiment by writing to us via our Facebook page (http://bit.ly/insidelineonfacebook) . Are you expecting Carlos Sainz Jr. to settle into the 'number 2' driver role at Ferrari? We tell you why this might not be so. Finally, football hosted a tv-only match a few days ago offering a great lesson to Formula 1 on what not to do. Tune in! Carlos Sainz Jr. won't willingly settle as a 'number two' to Charles Leclerc at Ferrari. He's got a very famous lineage to look after. 3:00-6:00 - Did the virus outbreak work against Sebastian Vettel's chances for a contract extension at Ferrari? 6:00-9:00 - This long off-season is the LONGEST Formula 1 drivers haven't driven a racing car in their lives! The Vettel-Ferrari relationship nosedived fairly suddenly. From being 'The One' who would help Ferrari reclaim their days of glory, Vettel was quickly relegated to the illustrious list of World Champions who failed to win titles with Ferrari - Fernando Alonso and Alain Prost being the other two. Were Ferrari right in letting go of Vettel? Will the Carlos Sainz Jr.-Charles Leclerc partnership deliver to Ferrari what several former far more experienced drivers couldn't? And of course, WHAT IF Sebastian Vettel wins the 2020 Formula 1 World Champion? Okay, given how they separated, we wonder if they should even bother to race together in 2020. Also in this episode of the Inside Line F1 Podcast (https://bit.ly/insidelinef1pod) , we mourn Ferrari overlooking the availability of proven race winner, Daniel Ricciardo. But of course, Mclaren have offered Ricciardo a career lifeline and they'll have the funniest driver line-up in 2021, if nothing else. Would Nicholas Todt have influenced Ferrari's partner of choice for Leclerc? Would THE Carlos Sainz (Sr.) have pulled all strings to get his son (Jr.) a seat at Ferrari? And before we end, helmets off to Liberty Media for doing all they can to retain all 10 teams in Formula 1 after the pandemic. Tune in! In 2019, the two Ferrari drivers drove to different objectives 15:00-18:00 - Carlos Sainz Jr. to Ferrari is a great reward and hopefully an end to the rejections he's faced in Formula 1. Early indications that Sainz will play 'number 2' to Charles Leclerc at Ferrari? 18:00-21:00 - Why did Ferrari not choose to hire Daniel Ricciardo despite his proven race winning credentials? Also, Cyril's over-reaction to Ricciardo side-stepping to Mclaren 21:00-25:00 - Could Renault become an all Mercedes junior driver team - George Russell vs. Esteban Ocon? Or could Kevin Magnussen return to the team? Let's also not rule out Robert Kubica and his sponsors 25:00-28:00 - Are Daniel Ricciardo's chances of getting a drive with a top team all but over? Ferrari are at it again. The Italian horse is prancing in a direction most of Formula 1 doesn't wish to go in. Ferrari's arguments against the all-teams-are-equal budget cap hold merit, but they assume that all will be hunky-dory in Formula 1 once the virus is contained. But why is it that Ferrari always have an alternate view on the affairs of Formula 1? In this episode of the Inside Line F1 Podcast (https://bit.ly/insidelinef1pod) , we discuss the pros and cons of Ferrari's exclusivity to Formula 1 - has it become a liability as seasons have passed? Would the value and image of Formula 1 be damaged if Ferrari race in other Motorsport series? In fact, we'd love to see Ferrari race elsewhere - Formula E, please? We're not sure about you, but we definitely don't tune in to Formula 1 to only watch Ferrari race even though their bloopers are unmatched. Also in this episode, did the Wolff-Hamilton interview deliver a veiled message to Mercedes? Zak Brown's hits-misses suggestions to Formula 1 for 2020. Does Lewis Hamilton interact with his virtual character while playing the Gran Turismo? Finally, Lucien re-lives the classic 1989 Australian Grand Prix - a wet race that saw only 8 drivers finish.
