As a trained Health Psychologist, her specialty is in behavioral sleep medicine, which she uses to help treat insomnia, nightmares, hypersomnolence, and sleep apnea across the lifespan. She currently works in a hospital setting as well as her private practice devoted to the treatment of sleep disorders.
