Just got back from a super incredible first experience for me that I wanted to share on today’s episode! Thrilled to have another guest on the podcast, my personal trainer and friend Sydnie Sandwell! In this coffee chat we are covering all things surrounding physical, mental and emotional health and fitness! We both share our histories with having unhealthy relationships with food and exercise in the past, and how we turned it into a passion for fitness and being STRONG! A recent episode of The Ed Mylett Show really struck a chord with me, since approaching the 2 year anniversary of losing my Dad quite unexpectedly. Although it still feels fresh, I wanted to share with you a few small lessons I am learning and will continue to learn during this grieving and healing process.
