Today on Intentional healing your host Nicole Bridger discusses the concept of the depleted caregiver. We all take on roles. Roles that we have usually formed early on as a way of how we ‘should’ show up. One of my roles is that of the caregiver and recently I could feel an inner battle as I was ready to release this belief. We begin feeling resentful, angry or tired when it is time to shift. Through breath work I was able to release this role from my sympathetic nervous system and now can give and receive with more flow instead of with the weight of duty.
