Today we are excited to be joined by newly minted World bronze medalist Emma Spence, who is fresh off returning from Liverpool where she and her team made history winning the first team world medal ever for Canada! Emma joins us to talk about her experience at Worlds where she went from being a non traveling alternate to world medalist in a matter of days! Emma also talks about why she wanted to speak at the FIG safeguarding conference, which she did the morning of the team final, as well as re-finding her passion through college gymnastics.
