And in the legal profession itself, women, particularly Black women are under represented. This podcast platform aims to level the playing field for women in and outside of the legal profession.

Sisters In Conversation is hosted by Tebello Motshwane and is an extension of the Sister In Law platform. The podcast focuses on profiling women in the legal profession with the purpose of celebrating their achievements and amplifying their voices. We touch on the challenges Black women have overcome in the profession, issues of transformation and representation, and how they navigate the legal industry in general.
