After a look at the College Football Playoff dates, locations and TV assignments, Irish Breakdown discusses whether NBC should create a Notre Dame centric alternate broadcast on Peacock. Al Washington's defensive line was outstanding in 2023, but the unit can and must get better in 2024. Bryan explains the challenges that face Washington, who has a deep, experienced and talented group of players returning. Replacing a pair of productive ends is a big task, getting more from the Vyper is crucial, and the interior needs to be even better than it was during a strong 2023 season.

It's a huge year for Notre Dame offensive line coach Joe Rudolph. Notre Dame definitely needs its line to be better than it was in 2023, but that will have to happen without three starters. It will be a challenge for Rudolph, but that's what he's tasked with doing.
