The former UFC lightweight and self-proclaimed underdog recently qualified for the 2024 VinFast IRONMAN World Championship at the Athletic Brewing IRONMAN Lake Placid (his first-ever IRONMAN) and talks about making the transition from MMA to long course triathlon, which was inspired in part by pro Lionel Sanders.
