In this episode I share that changing your questions from 'how' to why can shift your well-being and state of mind .
“When you ask why you want it and not how, you begin to move energy".
―James Granstrom
Does 'asking why' remind you of being a kid again? The children have had it right all this time because they're fully aware they're emotional beings dancing and expressing their emotions openly, until they find their happy place again usually after an outburst and perhaps some tears.
As a adult you might do less screaming now because you're a well trained citizen, (lol) but internally when you feel 'off your centre' and things don't go your way, you tend to ask 'how' rather than 'why'. The' how' is logical and the 'why' is emotional.
Mental health comes from an emotional well-being foundation. And when you ask 'how' most answers aren't going to be helpful because you will be perpetuating the problem. But instead by asking 'why' you can positively change your emotional state.
This is a game changer, because changing your emotional state changes your experience - and you'll feel better.
In this episode I share this method and give some examples to help you tap into your inner power.
