The Athletics have long maintained that star closer, Mason Miller, is untouchable at the MLB Trade Deadline. Recently, however, their thought process may have shifted if the right return is met. Ken Rosenthal reported, recently, that the A’s could consider moving Miller, and the Philadelphia Phillies and Los Angeles Dodgers would be two teams that could present the right trade return for the All Star. Is Miller actually available? And what would the Phillies have to give up to get him?
