Have you ever thought about how much you could get done without electronics?  This might be a hot topic today and I think most of us know the addiction, but just don’t know how to break it!

I am not anti-electronics because there are so many good things that come from electronics like being able to look up any information or even my podcasts being spread around the world, but the work ethic of society has really changed because of it.

When facebook went down last year for a short amount of time, people didn’t know what they were going to do because many relied on it for business.  That was a great learning lesson to make sure to build a business you own!  Social media is a  dangerous and addictive side of technology that has crept up on us thanks to the very intentional work of social media engineers.  I have heard social media be called the new Tobacco company, selling products to be as addictive as possible. 

You may be wondering why I am talking about this, but I am seeing more and more people going to digital minimalism and I am all about that! It is the time honored philosophy that better living can come from less. 

I can't wait to hear your feedback and how this blesses your family!  I actually deleted my Apps shortly after this recording and I think you will like the changes it will make in your life!
