Are you relying ons someone to "give" you leads to build your real estate business? Experienced realtors warn that broker internet leads can be a trap. They may be expensive with a low conversion rate or cheap and recycled to other agents. Spending time converting leads could be better spent building your brand and generating your own business. Additionally, the commission earned from leads may not be worth the effort after the splits and costs passed on to you for the broker or lead generation company. Instead, consider signing up for free lead generation platforms or generating your own leads. Don't fall into the trap of relying solely on someone or somebody to spoon feed you leads. Focus on your brand and self-generated leads for long-term success in your real estate career.
