Amid the "stormy waters" we are experiencing in these turbulent times, Jesus speaks to us: "It is I, do not be afraid!" He who walked on the sea and calmed the winds is in our midst and will lead us to brighter days. In him, we find serenity. So, surrender any fear and have faith!

The Lord invites us to place our trust completely in him. When we ask God for help and the graces necessary to stay strong amid the challenges and burdens of daily life, we will find that he equips us with all that we need each day.

He will ease our fears and anxieties and bring calmness and serenity into our lives. No wonder he says: "It is I—do not be afraid!"
