Ho'oponopono? Ho'oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian self-healing method. Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian spiritual practice that involves learning to heal all things by accepting "Total Responsibility" for everything that surrounds us – confession, repentance, and reconciliation. Ho'oponopono is a Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness that involves expressing remorse, asking for forgiveness, expressing gratitude, and expressing love in order to heal and transform relationships. It aims to bring about healing, understanding, and connection within oneself and with others.

The Hawaiian word ho'oponopono roughly translates to 'make things right' or to 'make things move back to balance'. The practice teaches the importance of love and forgiveness through a process that allows the participant to rid themselves of burdens in order to heal.

The practice of Ho'oponopono will do just that and the good news is that you can do it in just four easy steps.
