We all have a scriptwriter in our head that is writing a narrative about our life, and it is that narrative that we experience on the inside of ourselves as well as look at life through. The more you wake up to the scriptwriter, the more and more you realize that it isn't WHAT the scriptwriter is writing that's important, it's seeing that the scriptwriter exists, that's important. And the more you wake up to it, the more you'll begin to realize, it's not important what it says. In fact, you can very sweetly say to it, "It's not about you, hon!" and see what comes from there.
