This week on the Ball and All Podcast we unpack the world of elite high performance with a man who is part athlete, part high performance coach and part bio hacker Dean Davies.

Dean's ability as a coach (who has worked alongside athletes such as Owen Wright, Adam Melling, Natalie Cook and Mathew McEwan) and as a health and wellness practitioner have very much been shaped by his own experiences as an elite 800m runner and as an age group World Champion in Downhill Mountain Biking.  His own experiences have lead Dean on a path towards helping others realise their potential through identifying and addressing psychological barriers on the road to achieving professional and personal success.
