Have you had a crazy busy summer?  I know I have, and the Universe is saying that it’s time to rest. It’s time to start telling others no so that you can tell yourself yes. We get so busy taking care of others that we forget to take care of ourselves. Self-care is super important and should never be neglected. You will burn out if you keep going. Take time out each day for yourself. You deserve it.
