Jason Gardner is a retired Navy SEAL, speaker, and highly sought-after leadership instructor.  He served in the military for nearly 30 years before retiring as the SEAL Team FIVE Command Master Chief.  Jason deployed nine times and is the recipient of the Silver Star, two Bronze Stars and a Purple Heart.
