The kick-off to the 2024 season is growing closer and closer for Arizona State Sun Devils football. This program has tons of new faces, including a 20-player recruiting class. That incoming freshmen class has no shortage of talented players with several competing for big-time roles early in their careers in Tempe. This is a great problem if you're Kenny Dillingham, as the roster is built on competition with new and returning faces and this year's freshman class epitomizes that. Of the kids coming in, a select few stand out the most as potential day-one impacts and in a best-case scenario, some of the most important players of the season should everything go right. Guys like four-star tight end Jayden Fortier will grab the headlines, but some of the overlooked players could also make a splash. The incoming class has a ton of additions to the secondary headlined by Rodney Bimage Jr. along with Tony-Louis-Nkuba, Chris Johnson Jr., Plas Johnson, and others. Then you have guys like Zechariah Sample who are about as big a sleeper upside talent as you'll find.
