Jen Proctor a true entrepreneur and taste maker in the sense it's hard to define and contain what she does because there are no limitations. Jen is the founder and CEO of Cultivated Entertainment a media, brand, talent consultancy agency they create relationships and unforgettable experiences. They work with the likes of the Drew Barrymore Show, Meta, Youtube, Nike and the list goes on.

In the last 2 years Jen has managed to grow CE to unbelievable heights, take on more staff, have 2 kids and somehow stay grounded. We talk about how she got into the industry, starting her own business, ups and downs a long the way and we get some inside knowledge on how Hollywood and TV shows actually work.
