Jeremy Buckingham is an Australian politician who has been a member of the New South Wales Legislative Council since 2023, having previously held the same office from 2011 until 2019.

Buckingham was a Greens member until he resigned from the party in 2018. He returned to parliament at the 2023 election as a member of the Legalise Cannabis Party.
