Jerm Warfare

A contributor to Creation magazine, Marc argues that Earth is 6000 years old, as literally stated in Genesis. I don’t agree with this view, but millions of people do.

Gary Koekemoer is a bay swimmer, philosopher, PHD candidate, green Democrat, and columnist for the Eastern Cape Herald.

Mark Sargent is a leading figure in the Flat Earth movement, with books and films to boot. This was an absolutely bonkers conversation, but wonderfully entertaining and - dare I say it - educational.

The Kaaplander is an anonymous YouTuber who has tape over his camera and believes that everything needs to crash and burn so that the world can return to a pre-Industrial-Revolution state. You'll feel like you've just been on an acid trip after this podcast.

Rowan Polovin is a provincial head of the South African Zionist Federation, an organisation lobbying for the existence and protection of Israel, as well as pushing back against the increasingly anti-Israel sentiment in the mainstream media.

Anika Rossle is a lawyer and sits on the council of Gun Owners South Africa, advocating for women to be armed. She argues that women should take responsibility for their safety and stop buying into victimhood mentality.

Rob is a co-founder of OUTA, sitting on the board until he left a few years ago due to internal financial irregularities with which he was concerned. Rob’s online platform, Dear SA, is a highly effective tool for the public to intervene in governmental decisions. Dear SA is also a sponsor of Jerm Warfare.

Ernst is the deputy CEO of AfriForum and probably gets called more names than I do.

We chatted about the old flag, liberalism, conservatism, minority rights, my dislike for democracy, and why The Communist Manifesto is the second worst book I’ve ever read.

Renaldo is a ward councillor for the Democratic Alliance in the Eastern Cape, and a prolific South African YouTuber.

This episode was not planned; Renaldo agreed on the day (Saturday). We chatted mostly about the banning of the old South African flag, and then descended into nonsensical weekend banter.

Once again, this episode was plagued with technical challenges, the most obvious being the audio sync on my video.

Gavin is the founder of Vice magazine and Proud Boys, and is hated by the left, feminists, and everybody in between. He is also brilliantly funny and banned from Twitter and Facebook.

I caught up with Gavin while he was holidaying with his family. We discussed Trump, progressivism, punk rock, Cape Town’s lack of water, and South African farm murders. Gavin also pondered about South Africa’s future.
