To The Black Sisters of America, Why are we in a cycle of death? Why are we constantly tricked by the ways of this society? Why is it so hard to believe that you are so beautiful that you are made to be well maintained by a special regimen straight from God. Look all we have to do is be consistent and disciplined. You can't do what this world does and be healthy. Your health is your wealth. If you give up, then you are giving up on saving the world. The future comes from your womb. We must unite together and conquer these evil things that are plaguing the black woman, the black family and the black future. Here I am talking about a workout `called the Sister net Step that I created to build stamina and discipline through dance moves. This step is so easy a baby can catch on. I also talk about diet and how it is the major part of our problem.
In this podcast, I am going to shed some light on why, when and how often most of us say I Love You. I will also talk about how emotional we can become when we rarely hear "I Love You". If someone rarely tells you that they love you, does that mean that they don't love you enough or at all? Well, I deal with this issue and decided to search within in hopes of getting answers. Well, I may not have all the answers, but I feel so much better after realizing that It's written all over my face and I don't have to say a word. From now on, I will not say I love you to a person who finds it hard to say the words back, I will let their actions as well as my own speak for us. "It's written all over our face, we don't have to say the words...........

Jerri X and her Sister friend Anu Dai have walked very different but yet the same paths of life. They have both faced teen age pregnancy challenges and of course the challenge of having a strong black family structure for their children. Jerri feels that the black woman has to know who she is so that her power can be used to help her and her entire race. If she doesn't know how to eat or drink or dress or act, she will not be able to tap into her highest potential. Stephanie/Anu Dai is in agreement she feels that God will let you know what to eat. Well listen and hear for yourself.
N.A.G. Noisy, Annoying Groans. How many black women are labeled as Nags? I know my friend and I have been numerous times in our lives. In this podcast we are going to discuss the problem and the solution. What is wrong with us Sisters? My friend Tricey says nothing is wrong with us, it's those damn men that have the problem. Well that's why it is so humbling for the black sisters to take responsibility once they understand who they are and how powerful they are when they are wired to the ultimate power source which is Allah(God). Tricey is a rising star and comedian. She plays a main role in my upcoming play Shut Up and Keep Your Man showing at the Varsity Center in Carbondale, Illinois at 7 pm tickets available at bluedealsheals.com
This podcast was inspired by a conversation between Jashee and a young black woman at the neighborhood coop. After leaving, Jashee felt the need to make sure that she can reach more people especially black women who seem to follow trends rather it be diet, workouts, and more that last as long as the trend lasts which is usually brief. She needs to understand how simple it is to make a lifestyle change like adding Navy beans into their daily diets verses spending a lot of money on Sea Moss and not have enough to ensure that their entire family is protected. Just how much Sea Moss is needed to be in comparison with a cup of Navy Beans? Well, it would be very expensive and toxic if consumed in those high amounts
