Today, we sit down with Olympic gold medalist Jessica Fox, also known as one of Australia’s most decorated Olympians. We all eagerly watched Jess give it her all at the 2024 Paris Olympics to claim the ultimate victory. But what Jess Fox has inherited is so much more than Gold medals. 

In this chat, Ruby spoke to Jess about her love and unwavering respect for her little sister Noémie, how she struggles with self-criticism and pressure, and the importance of soldiering on - and keeping it together - when things were shaky in the lead up to the biggest moment of her life.
