Freedom Come (Grow and Bloom)

awake, aware, as a drove of dark forces were being dragged away henceforward

nothing cumbersome could remain,

only helpful things grow and bloom

severing the throats of the lying demons

and their kindred spirits, freedom come...

don’t go staring with those big doe

eyes, cause something seems fishy

I’m not really saying you’re working on

anything, but the air has gotten colder

perhaps, if everything freezes up properly,

we can both escape in opposite directions

your red flags disputing many things

but I chose to see some good inside

False Kingdoms Fall

my kingdom has forever fallen

because my queen left me for

another, but not before severely

severing so many other bonds

publicly crucifying me in front of

the people, trying to cut deeper

it turns out - I was - the perpetual fool

as she has a plethora of disposables...

no one truly sees behind her black veil,

yet her tainted crown is showing wear

you lived amongst the Almighty,

the lights forever shown, bright

yet you wanted nothing more

than to escape the brilliance

descending the distance down to be

your own little god, foolish angels fall

the earth didn’t know what was about

to hit it, but many embraced the chaos

Bleed the Marrow

the prismatic colors dimmed dramatically whenever the loving odyssey disintegrated

say no more exclaimed the wise old owl

but the cute little turtles were listening...

nothing last forever wherever upgrades

are sought to be bought, erase heaven

the lofty cost will never be cozy to your

uncomfortable bones, bleed the marrow

because cancer causes the epidermis

to turn white and cold, numbness grows

Giant Melting Pot

can I get a light down in this chasm, it’s not like I’m looking for my precious, although, I might still find Smigel

meaning, a fellow human being

altered by their our desires, lusts,

what have you or whatever’s right

don’t make the foolish mistake of

thinking you can live in this world

without being dramatically affected

because innocence comes here

to be tested in this giant melting

pot, only the purest reflect gold

Sowing Forgiveness

even though, you helped me plant

the wrong seeds, we had to know,

they would fervently grow one day,

to our dismay, becoming stronger,

but, still, I knew, I’d have to forgive

you, as well as me too, no hatred

making mistakes is easy, just try

fixing, no one can fake an amends

the darkness between us had to

find the light, damn the demons,

the likeness of Christ Jesus could now

be seen - beyond the shadow’s doubt

whatever happened to the mirage that

made us feel as if safety was over a hill

the hot sun beating down upon our brows

without any thoughts of old maliciousness

water filled our minds with such thirst,

but our dry cheeks were like colanders

instead, we will wither like roses far from

anyone’s cascading care, praying for rain

the right words, only in His returning

don’t go trying to lay on heavy tripping

cause you know we faithfully gripping

going sailing up in the air, ascending,

if that be part of His plans, revealing

but first you gotta make sure your prayers

get past the ceiling, hinder nothing, player
