Joe Biden's Dilemma on Natural Gas Exports

The White House is stalling efforts to export more American liquefied natural gas (LNG) to U.S. allies. Given that LNG development is good for the economy, as well as for weaning Europe off of Russian energy, is this a political mistake for Biden, little more than a gesture to climate activists, akin to the controversy that killed the Keystone XL Pipeline?
