For 35 years, John Kessel was the Director of Sport Development for USA Volleyball, but his impact on the game is not limited to just those accomplishments. His philosophy of coaching has affected just about every high school, club and university coach. Kessel has conducted coaching clinics in all 50 states and more than 80 countries, while also advocating for Para Volleyball and helping that sport grow.

John joins Terry Pettit to discuss the many hats he has worn in promoting volleyball over the years, including his roles at several Summer Olympic Games and Paralympic Games.
