Josh Hammann is the chaplain at the Illawarra Hawks NBL team, the GM of Lighthouse & a pastor at Lighthouse church. I first knew Josh as 'Mr Hammann', my high school rep touch footy coach. In our first interactions I was encouraged by a coach who could see the best in each of his players & took pride in highlighting our strengths. After leaving high school, it was a few years before we reconnected & caught up on the development of our lives in the years past. It comes as no surprise that Josh is sought-after as a mentor & leader of many, including yours truly.  

It was a pleasure to have Josh on the poddy. We spoke about the art of leadership, the role faith has played in his life & what to do when you feel stuck or lost in any area of your life.   I know you will enjoy this conversation as much as I enjoyed hosting it.
