Today we have the pleasure of speaking with Josh Wyland, a Brazilian jiu-jitsu purple belt training at B-Team in Austin, Texas, under Craig Jones.

Josh started wrestling in the 4th grade and achieved many accolades, including becoming a 4-time state champ, 3-time freestyle state champ, 6-time All-American, and wrestling collegiately.

In this episode, we discuss Josh's journey from wrestling to jiu-jitsu, his biggest hurdles when starting jiu-jitsu, meeting his girlfriend while training, why he began training in jiu-jitsu, what it is like to train with some of the best in the world, the process to be a member at B-Team and much more.
