This is the perfect episode for those of you with an open mind, Josh's perspectives on playful BJJ, the Guillotine, Wim Hof, cold exposure, breathing for BJJ and personal growth are intriguing and inspiring. I think his "brand" of BJJ has the possibility of tremendous growth and scale, as he states "it's not for everyone" but I do think it's quite possibly for the silent majority.
