What's the difference between networking and clout chasing? A lot of times you want to meet cool people. But then you get accused of clout chasing. Even though the two things have different intentions, from the outside they can look the same. It's a tricky thing to balance.

In a time characterized by the prominence social media, Gen Z have been socialized significantly different from previous generations. This may be the reason for their work ethic that Chloe has struggled to work with during her team building endeavors. On the other hand Eric has had only positive experiences, but is this the exception or the rule?
Cheaters sucks. Finding out you've been cheated on even after it's all over still sucksβ which is exactly what happened to Chloe.
From corporate life in our 20s to working in the creator space, weβve learned a lot from our experiences. This is what we wish weβd known before reaching our 30s.

So a lot has happened since we last met... like Eric met THE Biden.
As you can tell it was a crazy week for Eric as he traveled across several states and met lots of people including Fred Liu and the Mr.Beast team. Meanwhile Chloe was having an emotional journey rather than a physical one. There's lots of lessons learned this week, including some great advice from Jimmy and Jaime about handling self-hatred and hiring in the creator space.
