The Orlando Magic finished off 2025 with a bang as Paolo Banchero gave the Magic a 112-110 win over the Indiana Pacers with a shot with six seconds left. The Magic hope this is a launch into 2026 and the restoration of their identity and joy in the game.

Banchero followed up Monday's strong performance with another 29-point showing as he played aggressively and with intensity that has often been missing.

The Magic's flaws are not fixed, though. They still made a lot of critical errors that have repeated during the last few weeks. Not even Jalen Suggs' return could halt the Magic's bad habits for now. Orlando still has a lot of work to do on themselves as 2026 begins.
