In this episode I discuss how the "morning" routines of champions that I read up on and tried to apply to my own living, didn't work for me, in fact they made me ill. Full blown, I'd puke. Grim right? Yet in that I found wisdom. In realising the routine had to come from me and my calling, rather than a template applied to me from someone else's thinking and experiences, I found that I could actually tap into my genius way quicker than I first thought.
