GUILT - it's something we know all too well, and as high achievers it's the thing we think helps us succeed when in reality its the very thing that holds us back
we think we have to suffer for success, we think we have to struggle to make things worth it, and we think we don't deserve to enjoy time off and self care
today's episode is my attempt to help you put down those heavy feelings of guilt and just allow yourself to have a new perspective on why its important:
- to allow yourself to cancel plans
- to allow yourself to take time off
- to allow yourself to not have all the answers
- to allow yourself to not be where you want to be yet
- to allow yourself to feel out of control
so join me and put it down, it's heavy <3

Back with another Chief Complaints advice segment episode ft my husband Jimmy! Today we are helping 2 pinchers in need with 2 cases:
1. "What do you say when you're patients say they're too old for treatment, too old to save etc. and they genuinely need the treatment"
2. "I always dread spending the holidays with my in-laws, every comment they make always feels like an insult"

ok this is the coolest research ever ... literally lol! A recent research study shows that cool is cool, no matter where you are and what language you speak. This multi-year, multi country study shows which 6 traits are unanimously the most cool - and today I spin it into a personal branding/first impressions exercise to apply to your own life and story/mission: how can you spin whatever it is that you're into, into cool? Of course there are more important things in life than being cool, BUT this research shows valuable insight into what humans deem as good/interesting and valuable, and these provide an awesome framework to work off of.
