Jesus took the souls of Old Testament saints out of “Abraham’s Bosom,” and many captive gentile souls who repented, out of “hell,” up to Heavenly Paradise. The departed souls of the New Testament also now join Jesus and the Old Testament Saints in Paradise. The Day will come when the Lord reunites those souls with their glorified bodies, and we who are alive and remain will be changed into glory, and meet them and the Lord in the air - this is the “Catching Away” to the “Resurrection!” The Scripture also answers the question - "what will our glorified body look like?"

The devil does not fear a growling hungry belly, but rather the subjection of flesh through fasting and increase of the Spirit. The “Daniel’s Fast” in Daniel Chapter 1 is really the “Daniel Diet According to the Law of Moses.” He was tested for 10 days with kosher vegetables against Babylonian strange meats. After ten days Daniel’s face was fatter then the Babylonians. Daniel’s actual fast can be found in Daniel 9 & 10. There were five major fasts in the Old Testament: Food & water; bathing; anointing oil; fine garments; and marital relations.
